3 "misses"

1. "Miss" Woi in her halloween outfit! now this is something you don't see in a lecturer
everyday!
2. The car i rented. Wira Manual. Pretty awesome to get behind the wheel.. WITHOUT
PARENTAL SUPERVISION :D
3. AAR, AAR, AAR!
31st oct will certainly go down in eric's history books as one of the memorable occasions!
and so this is the brief account of how things went..

trip to klang to pick up jared. picked up shikay before that.
waving goodbye to Princess, Jared's woof woof.
thank Heavens it was clear traffic all the way to bukit jalil. reached@5.20 . these
are the moments before it all began... sad to say, there'll always be a few rotten apples
in the basket of people queing up :S

thank Heavens too for we managed to get a close spot to the stage. now just to exercise
patience...
the hitz fm crew were there.. local bands didnt get the full support of the crowd,
maybe with the exception of pop shuvit!


aar were cruel.. they made us wanting more.. we waited 45mins after the second last
band jus to watch em play! but hey it was ALL WORTH IT in the end! they were there for over
and hour.. first came their classic hits: move along, dirty little secret, swing swing....


then came the ones from their latest album. GOSH tyson was you're average lame American
alright! he'd purposely stretch the last word of every song reli reli long.. and he'd go..
"hey ladies" in a seductive tone of voice from time to time.. and yea you know wat comes
after that.

then during I wanna... my phone batt went flat. dang~!


Oh well i wasnt to be outdone. it was time to have a blast of a time and i did just that!

we left prior to their last song, gives u hell to avoid the jam. heck what a wise move,
rumour has it u can get stuck there for 1 hour+ if u leave late!

next destination was a mamak stall in klang again where the 3 of us spent time gettin to grips
with the day and yeaaaa =) I should do this again! :D

PS: I DID 160KM ON KESAS!! YES AND I'M STILL ALIVE~!!!!
PPS: I trully believe God sent a guardian angel to protect me, my frens and the car. yea there
were a few close calls, but nothing serious. kudos to me for keeping it in one piece too heh
considering the fact my driving style is somewhat questionable :P
PPPS: Do great minds think alike? though separated geograpically, do i have this special
connection with my sis? she too rented a car on the same day as me! ;O

and so it happened next door to my ongoin econs class. it was all over when i went out :( however the food was still there! :D typical Malay wedding, typical nasi bryani, typical natural instincts of goin for what's free.

weddings galore

if you're planning to do CIMP and you got no other course better to do, i'd suggest u try Families and Society.

Why? so you guys can splash extravagantly on fake weddings and have party crashers aka freeloaders like me, eugene, eugene again, mark, jack and co. to wallop your food! and hey, learning about other cultures is a bonus!

3 weddings occured simultaneously. first up was the mayan wedding. sadly, the bride and groom did not kiss, but once it came to the food part... ;)

i wud give them an 11/10 for the food. did you know that the mayans invented choc? heck the only thing filling my mind was gettin it all into me mouth! heh


then came this part. aiyoyoyoyo SOME PPL AHHHH... can really get the wrong meaning when this happened. hahaha

after we were satisfied, we went over to the next class, arman and mun yee's wedding. oh and i had some cake over there.

made it in time for this wedding thankfully! thai buddhist wedding. jack said the narrator's robe might catch fire if the flames at the bottom so happen to lick it. ;P sicko.

there came this part where the couple were bout to offer "alms" to the "monks" present at the wedding. moment that was announced they immediately reached out their two hands. epic joke of the day.
food was little here but still awesome :) tomyam, fried rice and sweets.
shhh.. dun tell any1 i stepped on the candle!
yup. all 3 weddings side by side by side :D a feast worth remembering, considerin it was all FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~~~!!!!!!!

was carryin bike up the stairs, wallet dropped. i panicked when i cudnt find it in my pocket at the top. thank GOD it was still fresh on the steps! sum1 came and picked it up. i was quick to ensure it returned to its rightful owner!

the weekend

  • theres nothing much to do at tropicana mall
  • apartments over here are LUXURIOUS

  • you can NEVER order to few meatballs at ikea
  • i got some COOL shirts

  • the stuff @ 1U are darn ex!
  • it was nice of mom and sis to spend the weekend here.
  • i resurrected my fifa online 2 account and reached lvl 26.
  • jenson button is world champ :(

Q: What do you do when your hangin out on a friday night wit a bunch of wacko thrill seeking frendz?
A: you go to the highest floor or ur hostel (floor 26), u break into a "friends" unit and u scare the shit out of them when u get caught @ 1 in the morning.

Basically... this is how it went.

Step 1: Climb in through window and forget to clean the evidence (footprints).

Step 2: once ur in, make sure the coast is clear. Then slowly tiptoe ur way to the door and let ur fellow brothers in crime in.


Step 3: open the fridge and help urselves to refreshments for ur hard work (skip this step if you feel guilty)

Step 4: run away when your cover is blown (or when one of your fellow accomplices bursts out in laughter!)



Step 5: throw insults at him. then make another attempt at breaking in..

Step 6: when your cover is blown again, "accidentally" abandon one of your men and save yourselves!


Step 7: apologise

Step 8: retreat back to base and laugh at our foolishness!

Conclusion: boys will ALWAYS be boys.
